Do you ship worldwide?

I made an order. How fast will my item ship?


Please see below for shipping times for each item. Please keep in mind that this does not include the time needed to make your item. Journals - the 10 Provinces: Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days via Canada Post Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days via Canada Post Journals - the 3 Territories: Standard Shipping: 1-7 business days via Canada Post Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days via Canada Post These shipping times could take a little longer due to holidays and other external factors. Due to COVID-19, please allow a little more time to recieve your order. We are doing our best to make sure all orders go out on time. Stay safe and healthy!




What types of paper are available in your journals?

How long do I have to cancel my order after placing it?


You have 12 hours to cancel your order after placement. This is due to your order being in production after 12 hours. We handcraft all of our products and they are made to order. Please keep this in mind when ordering.




How long will it take for my items to be produced?


It can take 3-7 days for your item to be produced before shipping. This is the time it takes to craft your item. Please be patient, we try to get it to you as fast as we can! Due to COVID-19 please be aware that production times are taking a little longer than usual. Please be patient, and we'll send your order out as soon as possible. Stay safe and healthy!
